The RoboHelp Toolbars Disappear

When using RoboHelp for Word, the RoboHelp toolbars keep disappearing. Reattaching the robohelp.dot template works for a short time and then the toolbars disappear again

Solution

This problem is caused by the Acrobat 6 addins in MS Word called PDFMaker.dot

1. Open Word and choose the TOOLS menu
   

2. Choose "Templates and Addins"
   

3. Highlight PDFMaker.dot under "Global templates ad add-ins"
   

4. Choose the "REMOVE" button
   

5. Your project should open normally
