Emails are not received from Hosted Connect Server
Issue
Emails of the following types may not be received from a Connect Hosted Server:
- Password Reset
- New Trial servers
- Password Notification after Trial
Reason
This typically occurs when spam filters are stopping the emails from getting through to the correct address.
Solution
To stop this from happening, have your mail administrator accept email from admin@acrobat.com. This should allow the emails to be received from the Hosted Connect Server.
