Status is never set in SCORM 1.2 LMS if presentation is set to 'Open URL'
Issue
The status is not set in SCORM 1.2 LMS for Breeze Presenter content if the presentation is set to 'Open URL'.
Reason
This happens if you have a quiz in Breeze Presenter that is set to 'Open URL' on a passing grade and the quiz is set to 'Report quiz results and slide views'. The reason this happens is, by opening the URL, you will never view the last slide and therefore never actually achieve 'Completed' status.
Solution
To correct this problem, either set the quiz to only report the quiz results, or set the quiz to 'Open URL' in a new window.
To set the quiz to only report quiz results, follow the directions below:
- Open the PowerPoint presentation.
- Select Breeze > Quiz Manager.
- Select the 'Reporting' tab.
- Select 'Report quiz results only'.
- Click OK.

To set the quiz to 'Open URL' in a new window, follow the directions below:
- Open the PowerPoint presentation.
- Select Breeze > Quiz Manager.
- Click 'Edit Quiz Settings...'.
- Select 'Pass or Fail Options'.
- Under 'If passing grade', select the down arrow.
- Select 'New'.
- This will open the URL in a new window and allow the person to finish the quiz
If you republish the presentation and reload your content with your LMS, the issue will be resolved.
