Breeze or Connect fails to launch or start for the first time after being installed
Issue
The Macromedia Breeze Application Service or Adobe Connect Enterprise Service fails to start or launch after being installed.
Reason
The Macromedia Breeze/Adobe Connect Communication Server will not launch if it is installed in a folder with spaces in its name, for example, C:\Program Files\Breeze.
Solution
Uninstall and re-install Macromedia Breeze/Adobe Connect Enterprise Server into a folder without spaces in its name.
Adobe Connect technical support recommends installing Breeze/Connect in the root folder of the largest partition available on your hard disk, because this is where Breeze/Connect will store all of the associated presentations and archive files you and your users upload in the future.
