Content in 4.1 recordings do not play back after the Breeze server has been upgraded to 5.x
Issue
Content recorded in Breeze 4.1, such as a PowerPoint file, doesn't play back after the Breeze server has been upgraded to 5.x. Instead of the content playing back, the content is blank.
Solution
This issue has been resolved on our Breeze Hosted (ASP) system and has also been resolved for licensed customers. If you are a licensed customer, meaning that you are running Breeze on your own network, download Breeze 5.1 Service Pack 1.
