Q. What is Adobe SendNow?
A. Adobe SendNow is one service in the Acrobat.com family of online services. Use Adobe SendNow to send files as links, and track the files that you send. When you use Adobe SendNow to send your files, you don't need to worry about e-mail clients rejecting large files. And, you can use Adobe SendNow to track what you've sent or received, rather than relying on your e-mail system as a storage system.
Q. How much does Adobe SendNow cost?
A. Adobe SendNow offers both free and paid subscriptions. A paid subscription lets you send more than one file per transaction, and keep your files available longer. And, with a paid subscription, you can track the files you've sent. Finally, you get more storage space, can send larger files, and can set delivery options. Q. How do I sign up for Adobe SendNow?
A. You can create a new account with an email address and a password. Go to sendnow.acrobat.com and click Create Free Account to create an account. If you already have an Adobe ID, which consists of an e-mail address and password, go to sendnow.acrobat.com and click Sign In.
Q. I forgot my password—how do I reset it?
A. You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page for Adobe SendNow. Watch your e-mail account for a message with instructions for resetting your password.
Q. I haven't received an e-mail address validation.
A. During the e-mail verification and password reset process, messages are sent to your e-mail address. Sometimes spam/junk e-mail folders trap these e-mails. Check those folders first. If you still don't have a message from Adobe, contact Adobe Technical Support.

Q. What file formats does Adobe SendNow support?
A. Adobe SendNow supports a large number for file formats, including Adobe Creative Suite file formats and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files. Adobe SendNow also supports a number of audio and video formats, including the following:
- Audio formats: MP3, MP4, MPG, WAV, WMA, AAC, OGG, CDA
- Video formats: MOV, AVI, WMV, M4V, FLV, F4V, XVID, DIVX, RETG, VY1, RM
Q. What is the size limit for files I can send with Adobe SendNow?
A. You can upload a file up to 100 MB with a free SendNow subscription. With a paid Adobe SendNow subscription, you can upload files up to 2 GB.
Q. How many files can I convert to PDF with Adobe SendNow?
A. Adobe SendNow allows you to convert an unlimited number of files to PDF using the Convert To PDF feature.
